I stand corrected... I pulled the tire off to check the rear wheel now that I have a broken in the bike. Rear wheel perfectly true, still properly tensioned and round. What I thought was a flatspot was actually just a good ding in the lip of the rim. I massaged it back with a crescent wrench easily.

It's a KMC X9 SL. I have no idea how many links there are but I probably cut it down about 4 links from full length when I installed it...

Small flat spot after my first ride. But in fairness I'm 230+ gear, almost no finesse, and I broke it in on Cold Springs Trail (ROCKY!).

Put some Stan's FR tubeless in... 38.15 lbs. I still want a "light" set of wheels,King headset, and BB before I get it dirty but $ aren't there. I ordered my 550 lbs spring from Fox yesterday so as soon as it gets here I WILL finally get it dirty.
